Friends, there’s buzz in a neighbouring country about a bill that could restrict travel abroad for men 18-24 years old,
who are subject to conscription, military service or the reserves. They say they’re planning to close the border to anyone
who turn 25 this year or next year. Exceptions? Only for contract workers under 25 and full-time students 18-22,
who study at home or on exchange programmes.
What about us in Bukovina? Everything is calm, borders are open, you can travel – you don’t want to! 😎
